We lost a wonderful friend yesterday,
who was our local Radio Norfolk Presenter, Roy Waller
user posted image
Roy was one of the best Country Music Presenters,
on the Radio ever, you will be missed so much,,
my thoughts are with his lovely Wife Sylvie,
A wonderful couple, R.I.P Roy,
you will be remembered always.

His charming ways and smiling face,
Are a pleasure to recall,
He had a kindly word for each,
And died beloved by all.

A real friend. He will be sadly missed by the entertainment world. Happy days when he compered my many shows at the Theatre Royal.

Missing you already
Sydney Devine MBE from Glasgow

Deeply saddened on hearing the sad new of Roy's passing. RIP. Having known Roy in country music for most of my career he was always the gentleman, friendly, helpful and ever the professional as a broadcaster and compeer. He will be sadly missed.
Gerry Ford, Pambula, New South Wales, Australia

I met Roy for the first time during an interview on his country music programme a few years ago. Roy and I kept in touch over the years and shared the same love for music. I appreciated his passion for life and for country music.

I will miss him greatly. May God be with his lovely wife and family.
