Are you alright? ........ You Ok? ...... careful careful

It's not often you see someone film to this standard laugha.gif

And the worst thing to do is to try and get out of the car whist it's moving!

Better off keeping indoors, or crawling! shifty.gif

Great Video's..... bouncy1.gif
In that first one..I'm surprised he didn't make it accross the road to take the camera out of her hand....that would of annoyed me, her standing there asking how I was..and filimng me struggle LOL....Poor bugger!!!

And yeah, well done to the gritting people, they work hard to make it easier for us drivers.

I never took you as being selfish Jackie. No thought for us poor pedestrians who have to put up with;

The pavements not getting gritted

Us old people having to stay indoors til the thaw comes

The chance of slipping and breaking something. Or displaying our wares to the general public. Mind you John Wayne wore long johns. Not that I am in that league. More big wean. laugha.gif

The continual worry that some demented old lady will come round the corner on the wrong side of the road, if by chance she drives on the road at all and not the pavement. rolleyes.gif

As for the videos, Sheringham inhabitants have to put up with that kind of driving all year round. lol.gif

@ Bob.....Sorry if I came accross as being selfish, I'm far from that, infact I'm the first one to moan about how slippery the paths are for people getting around when it has snowed, especially elderly people. I have to walk around in it myself, so I know how it feels. I was just commentnig on the roads because the video's were mainly about the gritters and the struggling of people on the ice.

As for not thinking of the good of elderly people and them getting around...I am hurt by the selfish comment...I attended the funeral last friday of a long term friend of over 25 years and at the age of 90, she meant a lot to me and I was always the first to think of her needs in getting around and helping her out, especially out in the bad snow we had.....because I for one, do feel sorry for the people who find it hard to get around and always try to help, whoever it might be.

Again, sorry for coming accross as selfish, but I'm not like that at all.
